Prior to joining the firm, Lalit Kharya spent over 7 years honing his legal and technical skills, leveraging his unique background in both law and engineering. He holds an LLB degree from Law Centre – 1, Delhi University, complemented by a BTech qualification. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of leadership roles, from litigation to corporate law, and across case management and client advocacy. Most recently, he served as Senior Partner and Head of the Technology Law practice at a prominent law firm. Lalit is also an avid legal scholar and technology enthusiast. You can often find him attending legal tech conferences and engaging in discussions about the intersection of law and emerging technologies.

In his current role, Lalit is responsible for overseeing all aspects of legal service delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and legal technology implementation. He ensures the alignment and prioritization of the firm’s investments to enable growth, consistency, and efficiency in providing top-tier legal services to clients.
